By truthful existence, we mean being true to ourselves—accepting both our strengths and flaws with courage and grace. In a spiritual context, this means living in harmony with the universe and cultivating inner equilibrium. We don't need to give up everything and become a Sadhu to follow Sadachar. Regardless of our material circumstances, we can be a Sadachari (one who follows Sadachar). It is a state of mind, independent of the physical environment surrounding our body and mind.
